Design

A wearable tDCS headset designed for mental wellness and cognitive performance.
Mave Health commissioned Studio Carbon to design the product. During my time at Studio Carbon, I contributed to the early concept development and product direction.

tDCS, or transcranial direct current stimulation, is a non-invasive brain stimulation technique that uses low-intensity electrical current through electrodes placed on the scalp.
Mave’s headset focuses on the prefrontal cortex, a region associated with focus, cognition, and emotional regulation.
I helped lead the team through early design exploration, concept development, and final design direction.
My role also included market research, user research, conducting interviews, gathering insights, and translating them into design opportunities.
